What's the difference between a Targeted Consultation and The Deep Dive Program?

Targeted Consultations are designed for focused support on specific concerns within a limited timeframe. The Deep Dive is a comprehensive investigation connecting your full health picture, with hours of behind-the-scenes case review, written protocols, and a 4-session commitment.

Do you diagnose medical conditions?

No. We are not medical doctors and do not diagnose, treat, or cure any disease. Our work is educational and informational, focused on supporting your body's natural processes. We always recommend that you work with a qualified medical professional for any medical concerns.

Do you offer testing or supplements with Targeted Consultations?

Yes, when appropriate. If your situation calls for deeper insights, we may recommend targeted testing (DNA, toxin panels, or other functional labs). Supplements may also be suggested as part of your protocol. These are arranged separately from the consultation fee. We'll discuss what makes sense for you.

Do I need to complete any forms before my session?

Yes. Once you book, you'll receive a link to our intake form. Please complete it at least 2 days before our session so we can review your information in advance.

What if I need more than one session?

You're welcome to book follow-up sessions as needed. There's no package or minimum commitment — just pay per session.

Are sessions in-person or virtual?

All sessions are conducted online via a secure video platform. This allows us to work together no matter where you're located, and gives you the flexibility to join from home, work, or while traveling. For clients in Hong Kong who strongly prefer in-person sessions, we can accommodate requests on a case-by-case basis. Additional fees for venue hire may apply for recurring in-person meetings.

What's your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

We understand that things can come up unexpectedly. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any changes to your scheduled appointments. For cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, or no-shows, the session will be forfeited. If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, the session will also be considered cancelled. This allows us to protect our time that could have otherwise been offered to another client. Thank you for your understanding.

Do you accept insurance?

We do not accept insurance or direct billing. However, we're happy to provide a detailed invoice that you may submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement, depending on your policy's coverage. Please check with your provider directly as coverage varies significantly between plans.
