Refund policy

 

Due to the nature of our products and for the safety of all our customers, all sales are final except for items that are defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. 

Please contact us at hello@healthunboundhk.com within 5 calendar days of delivery, with proof of purchase and a photo or video of the item(s) concerned, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

INCORRECT ITEM RECEIVED

We will arrange for a courier to pick up the incorrect item from the delivery address at our expense. Please note that the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, with seals intact, and in its original packaging.

Once we receive the returned item, we will ship the correct product to you.

 

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEM

We will promptly evaluate the situation and ship a replacement to you.

However, if stock is unavailable, we will issue a full refund for the defective item. You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

WHAT IS NOT COVERED

Please understand we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind, allergic reactions or sensitivities, unsatisfactory results, or minor cosmetic imperfections (like dented capsules or bent labels). We reserve the right to refuse a claim that does not meet the specific conditions or abide by the resolution process outlined above.
