Shipping policy

 

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment is confirmed. You will receive a notification email when your order has been shipped.

 

SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES

We currently ship within Hong Kong using standard local courier services.

  • Standard Shipping: $30 HKD or FREE on all orders over $800 HKD.
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 3-5 business days after processing.

Please note that these are estimates and not guarantees. Delivery times may be affected during peak seasons, public holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances like adverse weather.

 

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email which will include your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the courier's website.

 

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address you provide. If you need to change your address, please contact us immediately at hello@healthunboundhk.com. If your order has already been shipped, we are unable to redirect the package.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

While our standard checkout is configured for Hong Kong, we may be able to arrange international shipping on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us at hello@healthunboundhk.com before placing your order with your destination country and desired items. We will check the feasibility and provide you with a custom shipping quote.

 

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES & FAILED DELIVERIES

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (e.g., incorrect address, repeated failed delivery attempts), we will contact you to arrange re-shipping. Please note that additional shipping fees will apply for re-shipping the order.
