How it works

- Order your kit — Place your order online.
- Sign your consent form — We’ll email you a short consent form to complete. Once submitted, we’ll courier your kit.
- Collect your sample at home — Simple cheek swab. Instructions will be provided.
- Return your sample — Courier it back to us. We'll inspect it, then ship it to the lab.
- Receive your results — Typically in around 4 weeks’ time. We'll let you know when they're ready so you can schedule the debrief.
- Attend the debrief — Walk away with insights into your genetic blueprint and a clear sense of what your body needs.
